STEP 1: The user creates a profile and gives details about their personality and their preferences for a location. Through Joy’s algorithms, the app matches the user to their perfect neighbourhood options in their preferred city.

STEP 2: The user selects one of the neighbourhood options and Joy connects them to a partner broker.

STEP 3: Once the user finalizes a house for themselves, they are welcomed by a care package in their new home sent by Joy and the Joy ambassador (someone from the community) introduces them to the neighbourhood.
